Maxim Sytch and Yong H. Kim did a great job of simplifying a concept that we utilize every day at J. Anderson: the concept of linguistic mirroring. In essence, linguistic mirroring consists of knowing who you are communicating with and why, how this person best receives information, and what the ideal end result should be. In knowing all of these things we are able to tailor our communication specifically to the needs of any client or individual, thereby fostering an open door for communication and ultimately a stronger business relationship.
