Recruitment Process :
· We conduct a Position Assessment with the hiring authority.
· A candidate sourcing strategy is then developed and initiated, culminating in placement, and post-hire follow-up with both hiring authority and candidate to ensure a successful transition.
· Assessment closing and follow-up with both hiring authority and candidate.
