From a recruiting standpoint, in recent years, candidates we spoke with always asked for this option. So, the challenge is to hire employees and leaders remotely, who can actually manage teams from afar. Subsequently, phase to a hybrid model of remote and office work, all while finding interesting ways to maintain and build corporate culture, is the new challenge in corporate HR functions.
