The Pinnacle Society held its 2nd Annual conference in Atlanta for the year, this month. The Society, a consortium of top industry-leading recruiters around the globe, meet twice annually in the Spring and Fall to share their recruiting industry knowledge and experience. According to James Smith, President and Managing Director at J. Anderson & Associates, “The conference was fantastic. One of my (favorites).” The conference, which is chock full of recruiting information, always includes a “give back” component to the benefit of the community in which the conference is being held. This year, Pinnacle Society member volunteers visited and partnered with Dress for Success Atlanta to share their experiences and hope and inspire the organization’s clients.
