James Smith heads the Mu Boule fraternity’s non-profit foundation whose mission is to provide funding for the Role Models for Successful Manhood (RMM) program, an initiative which aims to mentor young men in communities within Central NJ. The program has been the cornerstone of Mu Boule’s Social Action initiative providing mentoring for young Black & Hispanic men and instilling confidence, direction and hope, both academically and socially. the fraternity is incredibly proud of this work and collectively determined to reach the youth by mentorship, support and through scholarship for as many young men as possible.
